Where embassy procedures and opening hours permit, applications will be submitted on the same working day. A supplementary fee per passport will be applied for applications received before 8:00 am.

Hours of Operation

VisaCentral is open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to receive and despatch consignments. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement.

Consignments delivered to the premises outside of these hours will not be signed for and are left at your own risk. VisaCentral will not accept any responsibility arising from the delay, loss, or damage of any consignment that has not been signed for by a VisaCentral member of staff.  We are happy to take delivery of applications in person and a receipt will be issued.
